Grayscale

So you want to make an image greyscale, but then still want to be able to add colorful text to it? Why, thats now problem at all ;). Just read through this guide carefully and you will surely get an awesome result.

The Greyscale
Okay, get started by creating a new file and sticking your image into this. Now edit it to your hearts desire -- to the point were you want to make it on a grayscale. Now, go to Colors >> Greyscale. Just hit that button, and ta da, you got a simple little grayscale. Nothing extremely difficult about that, is there?
But oh no! Were have all your colors gone?!? Now you can't edit the image anymore to make that lovely red text like you wanted to. No worries, the next step will have your colors flying back in no time. Remember though, you need to do everything you want black and white *now* not sometime later xD. See, told you this is easy.

Finishing up
No worries, nothing going to get harder. This effect is just really easy. Anyways, go to Colors again. This time, click on Increase Color Depth >> 16 million colors. Now you will find all your colors back to normal. At this point, you can add all sorts of crazy things to make your image look and feel the way you want it to ;). To the right you see my final result with some simple effects added to it to make it more interesting, as well as a small flower.
